Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course offered by Thep Advisors or using our website. By submitting an enquiry form, enrolling in a course, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Thep Advisors, located at 73/8 Beach Road, Pattaya, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand.
• "You", "User" refers to any individual accessing our website or enquiring about or enrolling in our courses.
• "Course" refers to any structured educational programme offered by Thep Advisors, including Pulling Up a Chair, Sharing the Table, and The Whole Gathering Programme.
• "Content" refers to all materials produced by Thep Advisors, including printed guides, workbooks, planning folders, and recorded lessons.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enquiring about or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Thep Advisors.

3. Service Description

Thep Advisors provides structured financial education courses for adults in Thailand. Our courses cover financial literacy concepts including personal budgeting, saving, Thai banking products, and longer-term financial planning. Our courses are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice.

Courses are delivered primarily from our Pattaya location. Availability of specific courses is subject to scheduling and minimum enrolment numbers.

4. Course Enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or written confirmation from Thep Advisors.
• Course places are limited. Enquiry does not constitute a confirmed place.
• We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.
• Course materials (printed guides, notebooks, folders) are included in the course fee and will be provided at the first session or as specified.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to the commencement of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrolment.
• Cancellation and refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of a course will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. If Thep Advisors cancels or postpones a course, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an equivalent course.

6. User Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund.
• Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions. Thep Advisors provides education, not personalised financial advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, guides, workbooks, recorded lessons, and website content produced by Thep Advisors remain our intellectual property. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own educational purposes.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, resold, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Our courses are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in our courses or materials constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We strongly recommend that participants consult with a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.

We make no representations about specific financial outcomes. Individual circumstances vary and we cannot account for them in a group educational setting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Thep Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our courses or website. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thep Advisors, its facilitators, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our courses or materials.

11. Termination

We may terminate your enrolment or access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand.

We encourage any concerns to be raised with us directly first. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve matters informally before any formal process is pursued.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
